RCF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD is a reputable company that specializes in providing property management services to clients. We are currently seeking qualified Plumbers and Heating and Ventilating Engineers to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' properties are properly maintained by installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, heating and ventilation systems. Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing, heating and ventilation systems
• Test, troubleshoot and diagnose system problems
• Develop solutions for system problems and undertake necessary repairs
• Schedule and conduct regular maintenance and servicing of all heating and ventilation systems
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on systems
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience as a Plumber or Heating and Ventilating Engineer
• A relevant qualification in Plumbing or Heating and Ventilating Engineering
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A clean driving license and access to reliable transport
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

• Plumbing: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
• City & Guilds (preferred)
