Role Profile
The Packaging Technical administrator is responsible for provision & management of accurate data to support the packaging team activities within the factory/supply area for which they are responsible.
- Attention to detail, critical to ensure accuracy of technical data.
- Good IT skills – Familiar with Microsoft office and ability to pick-up and navigate new systems quickly
- Stakeholder management – Good written and verbal communication
- Able to prioritise and manage workload delivering to agreed deadlines
Scope and Dimensions of the Role
- Support the packaging team to deliver factory paperwork and ensure compliance of artworks
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Provision of item codes and technical data
- Raising factory documentation on instruction of packaging Technician /Technologist
- Maintenance, audit and remediation of information in packaging databases
- Carry out pack tests (following SOP)’s under instruction of Packaging Technologist
- Artwork checks
