Sales Executive

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are working on behalf of an established forward thinking client who are recruiting for 2 key sales staff to join their teams.

They are looking for enthusiastic hybrid home/office based Salespeople who will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships and responding to incoming sales enquiries & pipelines.

• The successful candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to think quickly and clearly.
• Previous business to business sales experience is essential, as is a good all round education and strong computer skills.
• A construction, estimating or sales background would be desirable, however, full training will be provided.
• Being flexible and having the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is key to success in this role.
• Persistence and resilience are also essential.

Hours of work will be 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour lunch break. Initially, the role will be office based whilst training is undertaken, however, once competent with our products and systems, the role will transition to a hybrid position with home working.

Our client is offering a competitive basic salary, plus a generous commission structure with an OTE of £30 to £34K depending on product offered. Due to the remote location, own transport is necessary.
