Role Overview & Responsibilities

Recruitment Solutions is working in partnership with John Lewis & Partners to source reliable, hardworking, customer focused Drivers Mates.

As a Drivers Mate you will be assisting a driver in delivering a variety of high-end quality goods, offloading, navigating, and delivering to John Lewis & Partners highly esteemed customers.

Excellent Customer Service skills is an essential part of these roles

John Lewis & Partners offer full Health and Safety training with these roles, as some heavy lifting maybe required when delivering items.

The shifts are worked out over 4/5 days a between Monday to Saturday and start times will vary depending on your rota.

These are permanent roles which offer an extensive range of benefits, including discounts on John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose items. It is essential that you are available to work some Saturdays as part of your rota.

You will receive £10.42 – £10.62 per hour and this will be paid to you on a weekly basis. You will also accrue holiday allowance with each shift you complete.

Due to the location of the depot and start times own reliable transport is essential for this role.
