Night Care Assistants

We are looking for Care Assistants to come and join the team at Rectory Care for night shifts, full and part-time posts are available.

Rectory Care is a small independent care home situated in Albrighton near Wolverhampton with rooms for up to 31 residents. Focused on quality, we hold an Outstanding rating from CQC and a Gold award from Investors in People. Person-centred care for our residents is at the heart of all we do.

We are looking for:

· A person who is warm, empathetic and personable

· Experience in care is an advantage but not essential. If you do not hold the Care Certificate, we will enable you to work towards gaining it

· Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills

· Dignity and respect shown to all the residents and other members of staff

· Actively listen to the residents and build relationships with the resident’s families

· It is essential that you are able to build up trust with the residents and their families and demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times

· A team player who works well within a team and with the desire to provide a quality service to our residents and enjoys interacting with the elderly

Starting salary: Night shifts from £11.50

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £11.20 per hour

• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Stafford, Staffordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
