Responsbilities:

-Delivering a service with a smile and a customer centric experience throughout the passenger airline touch points in the terminal.
- Check in & boarding activities.
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ensure service level agreements are met to ensure the highest level of service is offered to our customer.
- Implement standard SOP and operating standards to help showcase Red Handling a Fenix Logistix company as a new growing ground handling company that can be recognized by its standard of work and delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.25-£12.05 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London Gatwick Airport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
