Role Overview & Responsibilities

Red Radish are a catering company feeding the crew, cast & artists in the world of TV, Film & Music, working on everything from I’m A Celebrity, to Great British Bake Off, Disney blockbusters, Netflix mega-shows, Glastonbury and even huge royal events.

We are looking for a bubbly, friendly and experienced Front of House crew to join us on temp or freelance basis working on an exciting TV series over in North London & Hertfordshire for the next 5/6 months (Mid-March onwards). Plenty more work for the right candidate too!

Day to day responsibilities:

• Setting up the dining area for service and ensuring it's kept looking clean & tidy.
• Ensure all menu boards are written up correctly ahead of each service.
• Ensuring the smooth service of all meals to cast and crew in a professional manner.
• Ensuring our customers feel happy & looked after.
• Replenishing food, tea & coffee stations.
• Making sure that stock levels are well maintained and that we never run out of anything and putting away any FOH deliveries, where required.
• Making the breakfast pots, as well as assisting the chefs with prepping afternoon tea.

Required experience:

• 2+ years experience in hospitality. Experience in tv/film catering a bonus.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• The ability to cope in high-pressure-non-fail busy environments.
• Bright & Bubbly personality.
• A can-do attitude and someone that definitely doesn’t mind a challenge and mucking-in
• Live within a commutable distance to Hoddesdon & Enfield.
• A clean driving licence and a car to get to/from the studios in time for the early starts.
• A love of food and some knowledge of the events/catering industry would also be useful, although not essential.
• Not afraid of long days and often very early starts.
