Here at Reform Electrical Distributors, we are looking for an individual who will put the customer experience at the forefront of their day. Someone that will go above and beyond day in and day out.

The role consists of supporting the day to day sales operations of the business. From serving our customers on the counter and the phone, to processing quotes and orders in a timely manner. The role will vary day to day depending on the requirements, no two days will be the same.

The ideal candidate will be very approachable and friendly, also incredibly organised and reliable. They would have a basic understanding of the electrical industry having worked in an electrical wholesaler or similar before.

Responsibilities

- Serving customers on the phone and trade counter

- Processing orders and quotations

- Chasing outstanding orders

- Contributing in all other areas of the business when required

Requirements

- “Can do attitude”

- 1 year wholesale experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Team player

- Reliable & organised

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
