Role Overview & Responsibilities

This vacancy is open to applicants who are currently not working. Well For Work is a fully funded ESF project run by Futures and its partners with the aim of supporting unemployed people into sustainable employment.

We are residential / student letting and managing agents covering the Hyson Green, Arboretum, Forest Fields, Bobbersmill, Aspley, Meadows, West Bridgford, Lenton, Wollaton and Dunkirk areas of Nottingham.

Whether you are a landlord seeking responsible, quality tenants for your property or a tenant searching for a home, we are here to help.

Our experienced, professional, and friendly staff, combined with extensive local knowledge ensure that we provide a service which is second to none.

About the role:

- Working on Excel spreadsheet
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Maintaining office supplies and office equipment
- Liaising with clients
- Greeting office visitors
- Word processing and data entry

- Customer Service Skills
- IT Skills
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Organised

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
