Sales Negotiator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated negotiator to join our growing sales team, selling properties in the Hull and surrounding villages, as well facilitating our expansion into North Lincolnshire.

Key responsibilities of a sales negotiator :

• Generate & book valuations
• Book & conduct viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Update sellers & buyers
• Progress sales through to completion by communicating with solicitors

Skills & experience required of a sales negotiator:

• Sales experience preferable but not essential
• Ability to work in a target driven work environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• A full UK Driving License & access to own vehicle
• IT literate

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week

Salary: £10,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• HESSLE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
