Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: £11.18 per hour
• Location: location
• Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm & Friday 8.30 am – 1.00 pm
• Holidays: 36 days pro rata
• Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:

• Movement of specialist vehicle, plant and machinery.
• Ensuring safe, secure loading practices of vehicles, machinery and equipment for transportation.
• Movement of specialist vehicle, plant and machinery vehicle between NIHE locations and maintenance workshop to facilitate PSV appointments and servicing/defects.
• Collect spare parts and components from suppliers as required.
• To carry out general cleaning duties throughout the vehicle maintenance workshop premises, ensuring all scrap and redundant materials are disposed of in the prescribed manner.
• To ensure adequate quantities of cleaning materials are kept in stock.

Criteria:

• A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role.
• Must hold C1+E driving licence.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
