Role Overview & Responsibilities

Established in 1966 we are one of Colchester's oldest established family-owned vehicle repair and service centres. We undertake many services for private, Insurance, and general fleet partners.

We pride ourselves on creating a friendly team-based working environment which is proven by our very low turnover of staff.

Full in-house training will be undertaken on the successful applicant.

Job Description:

• Producing estimates for customers and work providers.
• Closely communicating with the workshop.
• Communicating and providing customers, and work provider with vehicle repair updates.
• Ordering parts from suppliers.
• Upselling to current and new customers.

The job requires the following skills:

• Good general keyboard skills
• Professional team working attitude
• Friendly and professional telephone manner
• E-mail / general writing skills
• To be able to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
