Role Overview & Responsibilities

With three massive used car dealerships in Beverley, Hull and Grimsby, Right Car are the largest independently owned car supermarket in East Yorkshire, with success delivered through exceptional high-quality service and affordable prices.

A fantastic Call Centre Sales Advisor opportunity has become available to work at our head office on Vulcan Street, Clough Road, Hull, with fabulous benefits.

This role is a newly created function within the group, but you will join a hardworking team of colleagues that welcome you wholeheartedly. You will be supported by management who ensure your induction and ongoing sales training meets your needs to ensure you achieve your highest potential.

Main Duties:

• Making warm calls to existing customers - NO COLD CALLING!
• Manage inbound enquiries from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products
• Adhering to data protection
• Working within a busy sales floor
• Working towards sales targets
• Confidently manage objections
• Advise and sell company products and services
• Manage CRM system and correctly enter customer data

Your working week would be:

• Monday to Friday - 8:30am till 5:30pm (with 1hour breaks)
• Every 3rd Saturday - 9am till 12:30pm
