River Woodwork Ltd. is a medium sized joinery company working on high end residential contracts throughout London, Surrey and occasionally further afield. With over 40 staff and 2 workshops, we work on numerous contracts at once in a wide range of finishes which are all created within our workshops.

Estblished in 2007, we have a well established team of Designer/Project Managers along with Makers, Drivers, a large finishing team and permanent fitters to ensure an easily managed process. We pride ourselves on being truly bespoke within our sector taking on some challenging pieces and never afraid to try something new.

River Woodwork Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager and QS to help oversee all contracts and manage our team of Designer/Project Managers.

The role will also involve tendering for the joinery from various sectors within the high end residential market along with negotiations and winning the work required to keep them busy.

The right candidate will have the following:

• Experience as a Contracts Manager
• A good understanding of high end residential joinery and manufacturing
• Experince in negotiation
• Excellent management and people skills
• Experience in tendering joinery contracts from £75k - £1m
• A positive, can-do approach who likes a challenge.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• West Molesey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• surveying: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
