Property Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be covering mostly the Admin aspects of Property & Asset Management while also communicating with customers from time to time.

Specific details about the role will be discussed during the interview process along with any questions you may have.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Have a strong understanding of spreadsheets and excel
• Can speak English well
• Have a strong understanding of H&S and maintenance
• Have excellent communicational skills and highly organised

Candidates are not required to have a background knowledge in property management.

Looking for candidates who are willing to work up to 20 hours a week, salary will start at £15 an hour but is open to negotiation in the future depending on the quality of work done.
