Luxury Retail Salesperson

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mobile - Covering Harrods, Selfridges, Fortnum and Mason, Fenwick and Our flagship store at Burlington Arcade

As a Fragrance Specialist you are accountable for promoting the brand to existing and new customers within the stores in which you work; managing client loyalty to assist the stores’ business growth and development. You are also accountable for assisting in sustaining brand image and delivering 5-star customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure you monitor and meet your individual target and key performance indicators each month
• Assist more senior managers to acquire accurate retail figures for their weekly report
• Maintain housekeeping and brand visual merchandising standards
• Ensure excellent customer experience is executed at all times, and handle customer feedback promptly and courteously
• Assist managers and stock control manager to maintain stock level and integrity
• Take full direction from managers and respond efficiently and promptly to requests and directions from them
• Develop a thorough product knowledge and an understanding of the stories behind the brand and brand image
• Maintain a professional image and attitude as a brand ambassador
• Develop clienteling and client loyalty
• Ensure that daily reports and monthly reports are properly completed and submitted on time
• Adhere to all policy and guidelines given by the company and the stores in which you work
• Ensure databases and customer profiles are up-to-date and contain accurate and relevant data in respect with GDPR regulations

Salary and On Target Commission

• From £25,000 per annum
• £10,000 OTE
