C#.Net Developer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a C# Software Developer with 2+ years commercial experience to join our market leading business in Colchester. The role will include maintaining, implementing functional updates and developing new areas of our in-house systems. There are various applications maintained by our internal team, so a strong team worker is essential. The roles require experience of software and database architecture and have a knowledge of API implementation. You will need to build efficient systems that serve the business needs along with improving existing systems, in a fast-paced environment within a dynamic business.

This small but exciting team is looking for a strong individual who has the potential to have a huge impact on our business. Communication is key, and we like to get together on a regular basis at our offices in Colchester.

If you can attend a face to face interview in our Colchester office this would be hugely beneificial.

Responsibilities:

• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Recommend and execute improvements.
• Provide professional levels of support to end users.

Required:

• C#
• .Net
• Experience of third-party/proprietary API integration
• Strong MS SQL Server
• Strong understanding of database architecture
• HTML/DHTML/CSS
• Javascript
• JSON
• Experience designing/building software to a professional standard.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
