Senior Nurse

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Rosewood Healthcare Group is looking to recruit a Senior RMN to join the team at Plas y Bryn Care Home; a unit in Rhos on Sea for vulnerable younger adults with mental health issues and/or challenging behaviour.

You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to the people who live here, to ensure their mental and physical wellbeing, promote their independence and enable them to achieve the best quality of life possible.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

· Safe dispensing of medication through our EMAR system, as well as assisting with the monthly ordering and audits.

· Develop and maintain detailed person-centred care plans for your key residents.

· Develop detailed risk assessments, both planned and dynamic.

· Undertake some staff supervisions.

· Assist your team to create the safe and caring home our residents deserve.

As a Senior Nurse, you will have 2 days supernumerary per month to lead the ordering and booking in of medication.

A valid NMC PIN is required for this role as is an enhanced DBS. The role will include half shifts.
