Rosslyn hires based upon personality/values and how we think you might enjoy working within our team. Don’t worry if your coffee making skills are not where you would like them to be yet, we can help teach you that. We cannot however teach you how to take pride in your work, have the backs of your teammates and show empathy with our guests. If you think you can bring that then we’d love to hear from you.

Rosslyn is a collection of three independent specialty coffee shops located within the City of London. We prioritise taking care of our team who do such a good job taking care of our guests. Since our launch in 2018 we have worked closely with the Living Wage Foundation and have spoken in the Houses of Parliament as well as met with the Mayor of London to help encourage other businesses to follow suit.

Listed amongst the best coffee shops in the world by the likes of The Financial Times, Sprudge, National Geographic and Conde Naste, we are still only in the early stages of our growth at Rosslyn and have exciting plans for the future.

We are currently seeking to fill Front of House / Barista roles (at Rosslyn we don’t have any ‘rockstar baristas’…everyone contributes to every aspect of the shop’s success).

Your duties will chiefly involve welcoming guests, making coffee, operating the till, taking orders and ensuring that the shop remains a pleasant place to be.

There will be opportunities to progress to management level for the right candidate as we grow to more new sites in the near future.
