Day & Night Shift Customer Service Assistant - Royal Amusements - Leeds

The Position:

Our Customer Service Assistants are responsible for meeting, greeting, and providing customers with an exceptional level of service. You will be on hand to help by answering questions and demonstrating new machine products. Full Training and Staff Uniform will be provided.

Hours, Days, and Shifts:

Day & Night shift staff required. Permanent Contract of 30+ hours per week

Your Duties:

As one of our Customer Service Assistants, your day-to-day activities will involve:

• Handling cash and giving change
• Providing food and beverages to customers
• Promoting offers, events, and other bonuses in store
• Maintaining the appearance of the store
• Checking the ID of customers who look 25 and under

The Candidate:

We are a fast-paced, 7 days a week business and as such the ideal candidate will need tobe flexible and adaptable.

Salary: Minimum Wage

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
