We have a fantastic opportunity to be the onsite operational lead at our flagship nature reserve and floating visitor village. If you have experience of leading a team at a visitor attraction, large commercial venue or hospitality destination, then we want to hear from you.

This vacancy requires a highly skilled and experienced leader to influence and engage with people at all levels, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional attitude and ensuring the highest of standards of customer service are kept throughout.

This Commercial & Visitor Operations Manager is varied and unique role, and requires someone to be able to work under pressure, and adapt to new situations and challenges.

You’ll be bringing your experience and skills to help us develop and lead a team of managers who look after the commercial administration and operational staff, both in the office and also on our floating visitor village. Here at Brockholes we are all working to the same goal of ensuring that every single visitor– be that a member of public bird watching, a family on a day out, a school on a trip, or a wedding - gets a flawless visit from start to finish, and wants to return again and again.
