SFDC LWC Developer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Meet with BSA and product owner to determine business, functional and technical requirements

· Participate in business process analysis, use case creation, and requirements definition.

· Provide user story estimations

· Contribute to the technical design with an emphasis on performance and simplicity

· Develop LWC components and modify existing components according to requirements.

· Provide support to testing team for user story and end to end testing.

· Provide leadership and guidance to junior front end developers.

· Responsible for designing, prototyping, developing and unit testing solutions for projects and maintenance & enhancement releases.

· Create and maintain technical specifications, system interface diagrams, unit testing scenarios and system support documentation.

· Follow best practices and standards to ensure technical compliance.

· Adhere to high quality software development lifecycle (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

· Provide root cause analysis to resolve complex issues as part of support.

· Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.

· Work on multiple priorities at the same time and manage the work/time effectively.

· Demonstrates accountability by contributing to the completion of assigned tasks.

· Participate in projects as assigned.

· Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.

Requirements

· 3 years of experience building complex solutions using Salesforce LWC

· 5 years of experience in web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Javascript frameworks like Angular, React, Ember, Polymer, Backbone or similar.

· Experience building and deploying applications in Salesforce Experience Cloud

· Good knowledge of Salesforce technologies (Apex, SOQL, Aura, Visual Force, etc.)

· Experience with integration technologies (e.g. SOA/ Web services: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Messaging, File Transfer)

· Experience with GIT and GitLab version control systems

· Experience working with agile methodology

· Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud preferred

· Salesforce certifications are a plus

· Experience in BioTech/Pharmaceutical industries desirable though not required
