£25,588 p.a. (FTE £28,401 p.a.)


37 hours per week, during term time (40 weeks)

This is an ideal post for you if you are passionate about the pastoral care of students and able to quickly establish a strong rapport with young people, removing barriers to learning and working with individuals to maximise their progress. At the same time, you must be rigorous about maintaining high expectations and high standards and discipline in line with college systems. You will possess an appropriate teaching qualification and have successful experience of providing support and guidance to young people. You will be able to motivate and inspire students with different abilities with your excellent communication and organisational skills.
