Role Overview & Responsibilities

Safari Drive Ltd, an established tour operator specialising in self drive safaris in Africa, is looking for an enthusiastic part-time sales/administration assistant. Ideally for 3 - 4 mornings a week from 9 – 1pm, but this can be flexible for the right person. The main role is to assist & support the sales team in their day to day work – immediate start if possible, training provided.

The ideal candidate would be well organised with exceptional attention to detail, have a willingness to learn, a friendly and helpful telephone manner, excellent communication skills and ideally an interest in Africa and travel (but not essential). The person should be able to work independently either from home or be local to Lampeter/Llanwnnen. A car would be useful. The job would involve preparing and posting customer travel packs, invoicing clients, taking online payments, updating the website, answering queries, preparing quotes etc.
