A bit about the job

The Delegate Sales Representative is responsible for initial outreach and getting high-level retail executives on board for our online retail flagship events. You will have an exciting opportunity to learn about eCommerce, retail and the challenges of the industry. You will also be responsible for selling VIP tickets and delegate passes across our event portfolio, including the established Event Series and upcoming launch events. Reporting directly to our Sales Director you will be expected to meet and exceed agreed goals and targets.

As a delegate sales executive will be given your own events to work on, so the success or failure of this will be down to you. This means from day one you will have real responsibility and involvement in the product. This really is an environment where you get out what you put in, which makes the potential and opportunities vast!

A bit about you

Although no experience is required the ideal candidate will be :

• An excellent communicator (both written and verbal).
• Inquisitive and eager to learn more about eCommerce, Supply Chain and Retail.
• Resilient, ambitious and tenacious with a drive for success.

• Comfortable combining a mix of cold calling, Linkedin and email outreach to develop new business relationships with C-Level executives.
• Able to self source leads and work effectively with existing data.
• A great team player.
• Based in London.
• A recent graduate with a minimum 2:1 qualification.

Location

The office is located in central London, a stone’s throw from Euston Station.

Salary

Base salary is 20-22K depending on experience with OTE earnings of 35-40K
