Role Overview & Responsibilities

This an is exciting opportunity for you to join Savoy Cinemas Ltd at its flagship site in Doncaster.

As Assistant Manager you will manage all operational aspects of the cinema and will support the General Manager to deliver first class service and excellent operational standards. You will direct staff to ensure efficient working practices are maintained and will be required to deliver the highest standard of guest service at all times whilst ensuring the smooth, safe and correct operation of the cinema.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

· A passion for delivering excellent customer service with good attention to detail

· Exceptional people management skills

· The ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills

· An eagerness to take pride in the job that they do

· An interest in films and a good understanding of the Cinema industry

You will need previous experience within a fast-paced business in the retail, hospitality, leisure or restaurant industry and be able to work early and late shifts on a rota basis across all 7 days of the week.

Overall, the ideal candidate will have operational management or supervisory experience gained in a guest-facing environment.
