As a Product Designer, you will leverage your design expertise and user-centred approach to create innovative and intuitive digital experiences that delight users, drive engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our products.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualise and communicate design concepts.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment and implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design practices.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align design goals.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Who you’ll work with
- Cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Marketing and branding teams to ensure design consistency across platforms.
- Clients or external partners, depending on the nature of the projects.

Experience
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
