Virtual Assistant - Support Worker

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Virtual Support Worker to join our growing Virtual Assisting team!

Send it to Alex is a virtual provider of supported employment services for neurodivergent (Autistic, Dyslexic, Dyspraxic or have ADHD, Dyscalculia or Tourettes) and disabled people.

Our Individual led administration and executive function support is designed specifically to enable them to thrive in their employment.

The position involves:

• Assisting clients with administrative and organisational tasks across a wide variety of areas
• Assisting with diary and calendar management
• Data Entry
• Co-ordination of projects
• Populating information into template documents and sending them out
• Scheduling both internal and external meetings
• Assisting with financial administration including purchase, ordering, and expenses
• Learning and understanding client needs
• Training on neurodivergence and disability and workplace strategies
• and much more
