Owner Van Driver

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Van Driver who is responsible for transporting goods from one location to another. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with others and has experience in driving a van. Drivers are responsible for arriving to their scheduled appointments on time and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Must have your own van with proof of insurance.
• Meet the customer at their specified location and coordinate the delivery with them for items that need to be moved.
• Use a computer to input information about customer's items that need to be moved, estimated time needed, estimated cost, and duration of trip.
• Drive the van to deliver customer's items to the specified destination.
• Observe all traffic laws while driving the van.
• Communicate with customers via phone or email in case of scheduling problems.

Salary: £100.00-£150.00 per day
