Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Daytime/Evening Cashier for Shell Lancaster.

We are searching for a Cashier who is motivated, well-groomed and dependable. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous cash handling experience as well as the ability to create an engaging experience for customers. This means every customer should feel valued and appreciated.

This is a Lone working position.

Responsibilities:

• Scan items at a cash register.
• Know the store hours and schedule.
• Determine what products need to be restocked.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions at the cash register.
• Perform various tasks in a timely manner.
• Be friendly to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lancaster, LA1 3PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
