Job Title: PMO/Administrative Analyst – Sustainability/Renewable Energy
Location: Adlington
Salary: £30-38k

We are a recruitment agency and are currently looking for an experienced PMO/Administrative Analyst to join our clients in the Sustainability, Renewable Energy industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and renewable energy, and wants to make a difference in the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative and project management activities of the organisation. They will work closely with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. They will be responsible for ensuring that all project plans and deadlines are met, and will be expected to identify areas of improvement, and provide solutions and strategies to ensure projects are successful.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administrative and project management activities of the organization
  • Ensure all project plans and deadlines are met
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet goals and objectives
  • Monitor and report progress to senior management
  • Work closely with stakeholders and other departments to ensure successful project completion
  • Identify potential areas of improvement and provide solutions
  • Provide support to team members
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Technical Skills Required:
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
