You will be based in Shoreditch - one of London's coolest neighborhoods known for it's creative arts and culture. Every alleyway is filled with street art, Shoreditch is know for some of the best bars, restaurants, markets, and shops.

We have a fast paced lunch and dinner service with a lot of busy shoppers, families, tourists as well as regular customers - So we are looking for someone brimming with energy and lots of personality!

Working hours: Looking for someone Fully Flexible. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis between the hours of 10:30am-11:30pm (Subject to change) including weekdays and weekends.

Job purpose: As part of the Kitchen team, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy kitchen, work well with a team and be able to help with all aspects of the kitchen operation. Experience in the kitchen or in Japanese food preparation is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided for successful candidates.

Your duties will include:

• Food preparation and cooking;
• Making sure that kitchen is clean and tidy at all times;
• Working under food safety standards to deliver great quality dishes;
• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness ;
• Other tasks associated with this role.

Person specification:

• Experience working in the kitchen;
• Enthusiastic attitude;
• Proactive and quick;
• Understanding of English and eligibility to work in the UK.
