Are you looking for a new role to progress in your career? Would you like a new challenge with a successful business to business food manufacturer. My client is looking for a NPD Manager to join their team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of NPD, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading NPD and EPD projects
• Liaising with internal and external parties for projects
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure effective control and management of all project briefs
• Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and tier 1 customers
• Supporting wider team with sample creations, conducting trials, and production evaluation, when required

The Candidate:

• Essential to come from a food manufacturing background
• Strong knowledge of Stage Gate
• Management experience
• Confident and adaptable individual

The Package:

• c£50,000
• Contribution for relocators
