The Role:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining business as usual for the plant operations
• Providing reactive maintenance across plant in a safe and timely manner
• Completing proactive and fault prevention, as well as continuous improvement activities
• Supporting health and safety, quality, and CI teams
• Coaching and supporting machine operators

The Candidate:

• Essential to come from a highspeed manufacturing site, ideally FMCG
• Time served
• Strong team player who adopts CI and health and safety approach
• Ability to manage own workload

The Package:

• £44,000
