Role Overview & Responsibilities

Simpler Law Limited is looking for further additions to our well established, existing Client Team as a full time employed Field Based Customer Service Agent.

Full training is given – No experience necessary, however a background in Customer Service is preferable.

Your Job

We are a specialist legal services company, dealing with Wills, trusts, conveyancing and probate. We receive between 100-120 new referrals per day from all over the UK, from various sources, including introducers, advertising and existing clients. Your role will be to visit our clients in their own homes, at prearranged times in your area, to recommend our services and establish new relationships, or maintain existing ones. Your role will be to recommend various services to suit our clients needs.

Job Requirements

Can you talk and come across in a professional manner well? If you can, come and talk to us as everything else we can teach. No previous experience required, but experience in customer facing roles is preferred.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

· Basic Salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
