SIA Door Supervisor - Art Gallery

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Skylark Security are currently recruiting SIA Door Supervisors to join our growing team of operatives working within our art gallery venues across Central London. Successful applicants will also have the option to work at alternative venues where available, including nightlife and events to increase their income.

Skylark Security operates as an agency that provides SIA licensed personnel to various establishments across London, all employees are paid on a monthly PAYE scheme via our payroll company.

As a security operative with Skylark Security:

• You will be the first point of contact for our client's visitors. You will be required to ensure that guests and staff are greeted in a professional and welcoming manner, whilst providing a great customer experience.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all persons under your duty of care in accordance with the SIA and licensing standards.
• Work independently or within a team to guarantee that security roles and duties are executed in a quick and efficient manner.
• Complete necessary paperwork in compliance with the SIA and licensing standards.

Skylark Security holds its operatives to a high standard and therefore, the ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, enthusiastic, willing to learn and possess a sense for delivering high levels of customer service at all times.

What we require:

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor license;
• Must be available to work a 12 hour, 4 on 4 off shift pattern - this includes weekends;
• Friendly, with good communications skills;
• Experience in a customer facing role;
• Professional and well-presented at all times;
• (Black suit jacket/blazer, white shirt, black tie, black trousers and black smart shoes required for this role);
• Reliable, punctual and well organised;
• All candidates will undergo a full vetting process in line with British Standard 7858.

Experience is desired but not necessary as on-the-job training is provided.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
