Weekend Sales Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The role: The Sales Assistant will take customers through the entire shopping process: Talking the customer through their needs, their style and measure them up to make sure we find the exact fit they want. Then, if necessary, our team will put their clothes in for our free alterations service to make sure they get the perfect look and leave feeling satisfied every time.

The main purpose of the role is to provide Customer Service and support for customers as they browse our extensive range of menswear within the store, guiding them through the buying process right from the first visit through to advice on fittings and style.

Duties include style advice, providing styling ideas, measuring customers to ensure the perfect fit, dealing with customer queries, problem solving, taking payment on orders, sales aftercare and we are especially keen to hear from candidates who have had experience in formal dress hire during their career but not essential.

Part-time hours: 12.8 per week

Salary: £9.90-£12.00 per hour
