Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job description

You will carry out all the functions of a personalised and warm welcome, in the image of SmartHostels:

• Preparation of arrivals, check in & check out of individual and group clients, telephone switchboard, handling client requests, etc.
• Also group arrivals for the next day, as preparing the information paper and key card
• Be responsible for the quality of customer follow-up: you will be responsible for the customer situations and will report information to your hierarchy (incidents, complaints, remarks or customer feedback, etc.).
• You manage your cash receipts and are responsible for your cash register; you also check all existing accounts + the balances if necessary £££
• Go around the hostel to make sure evrything is good
• Respond to all guest complaints in a caring and empathetic manner.Always love our guests.
• Do the no show report
• Comply with your responsibilities in relation to Fire, Health and Safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £11.86 per hour
