Cafe Supervisor -Front of House

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Based in Belfast city centre, this small in stature catering cafe is extremely busy, we need someone with lots of experience and who is capable of working well under pressure.

Fixed full-time hours - your shifts are Monday to Friday. Wages are paid weekly and an excellent rate of pay will be offered to the right candidate along with a bonus structure. You will not be asked to work any public or bank holidays.

You duties will include:

• Either opening or closing the cafe
• Running front of house service
• Ensuring an excellent level of customer care
• Ensuring all the checks are done
• Over seeing barista training and quality
• Preparing breakfast items
• Serving at the till
• Ensuring all procedures are being followed by your team
• Ordering for your section
• Motivating your team to do a good job.
• Assist with food production back of house

We are looking for:

• Barista Training or experience of making sandwiches, wraps and salads
• 3 years experience in a supervisory role within the industry.
• A positive can do attitude
• Good references and reliable work history
• Excellent attention to detail
• A clean worker who will insist on an organised work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £12.20 per hour
