Source Of Life Bakehouse is a family bakery, specialising in artisan sourdough and all things baked goods.

We're looking for a new Baker to join our team in our daily dedication of producing delicious, nutritious and sustainable sourdough.

The role is a 40 hours Monday to Friday , permanent role.

From you, we will expect:

• Experience with sourdough production including mixing, shaping and oven shifts are essential.
• Experience in producing production schedules, rotas and working to delivery timetables
• An ability to develop new seasonal artisanal baked good products
• To strive towards greater sustainability and zero waste
• An ability to produce and maintain extremely high standards
• High standards for food safety and hygiene

Salary: From £14 per hour

After 3 months period we disuss yearly salary
