Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Redruth, Cornwall

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a regional Sub-Contractor as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor.

Assisting the commercial team, this role will give great exposure to all elements of the commercial process. Which will involve ; Commercial administration, Preparing applications for payment, checking drawings, reviewing contracts, issuing invoices and site measurements.
Suitable candidates will have:

• Recently completed or about to complete an HNC in Construction or a construction related degree
• Good IT Skills, about to use Excel.
• A proactive approach, confident and enthusiastic manner, and a desire to learn will be expected.

Redruth based but sites will be across the South West, thus a full driving license is required.
