Full time front of house staff - Spicer+Cole, Clifton Village

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are Spicer+Cole, a small group of independent cafés in the heart of Bristol. We are currently seeking a part front of house team member to join our busy Clifton village Café.

We think delicious food and coffee, deserve a great place in which to be savoured. That’s why all our cafés are welcoming, light-filled spaces in lovely locations.

We serve the best artisan coffee and loose-leaf tea, together with super-fresh seasonal food, made from scratch in our kitchens each day. Breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, all made by people who care.

We work with local coffee roasters ‘Extract’ for our house espresso and alongside this we also run a guest coffee program to showcase the best single origin espressos from local roasters and further afield.

This is a full time position (5 shifts per week) and we are ideally looking for someone who will thrive in a busy, buzzy environment, helping us consistently maintain our 5 star service! Ideally you will have gained some solid experience working in a similar, high quality cafe environment. We don’t just want anyone, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for coffee and good food and a keen eye for detail; someone who connects brilliantly with people – both your team and customers alike!
