Role Overview & Responsibilities

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our busy, dynamic team in Exeter working for one of the UK leaders of the gun trade industry

What you will be doing:

Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers

Selling products to customers in store

Working as part of a team

Handling customer enquiries to include face to face and also on the telephone

The Exeter store location allows easy access from surrounding areas in the Devon/South West for candidates willing to commute to work, just a minute from the M5

Successful applicants will be expected to be flexible with working hours. The hours will be 8am - 5.30pm and shifts work on a 5 days out of 6 basis with one Saturday off per month.

Prior shooting knowledge is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided.

Holiday entitlement is 4 weeks plus bank holidays.

Salary: D.O.E

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
