About the Role

Base Location: Perth, Glasgow or Reading

Salary: £30,272-£35,194 + a range of other benefits to support your family, and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

We have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our busy team!

The Personal Assistant will provide support to three Directors in the Distribution business and will be responsible for:

  • Providing overall administrative support including complex diary management, booking of travel and accommodation, organising team meetings and events.
  • Monitoring and reviewing emails, ensuring any actions/deadlines are met within the timeframes given.
  • Where relevant, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Additional admin duties which will include processing of Purchase Orders, expenses/credit card expenditure, hospitality register as well as assisting with the on-boarding of new starters.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at Director level.
  • Impeccable organisational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Reliability, discretion, and an understanding of confidential issues.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite.
