Sales Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Developing professional customer relationships, responding appropriately to customer requests and concerns.

• Deliver a positive experience.

• Be able to investigate client concerns of the complaint product and provide a diagnostic service.

• Maximise opportunities on sales by notifying clients of promotions.

• Quote and agree fees for repairs and replacement of products, diagnostic services and products on sale.

• To effectively communicate and share openly relevant business information, targets, results with your supervison.

• Advise on and agree on turn around time/lead time and collection and delivery of repaired and other products.

•Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products including specification, pricing and features.

• Have the ability to effectively resolve customer disputes and complaints.

• Help develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Possess and utilise knowledge of the product and company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £26,000.00 per year
