Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Globe, Topsham. A beautiful pub / restaurant in the heart of Topsham also boasting 26 quality guest rooms! The bar is a hub of the community with a traditional mix & includes iconic fireplace! The restaurant sits seperate and has enjoyed great success in previous years. With a GastroPub style that is traditional chef led menu with a passion for local fish, as is popular with our regulars.

We have began a journey and bringing our restaurant back to nights fully booked! Gathering momentum and creating some memorable dishes..

Head Chef needs a Sous. Someone equally skilled in the food we want to serve, with management of the kitchen that keeps kitchen spotless, proffessional and adhering to company policies and law when Head Chef is days off.

There is a room in a shared flat above the pub available to the right candidate.

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
