About us

St. Christopher's Family Centre is a charity in the heart of Holmewood in Bradfdord. We are supporting families, children and young people and are a dynamic team that is now looking for an additional outreach worker to help the charity grow.

Applicants should possess a qualification in social care, health or education, or have relevant experience. Holmewood Family Centre’s approach builds on strengths, is solution focussed and uses a whole family approach to create a family environment that promotes healthy development in children. This role will include specifically the setting up of a teenage parent support group; and a group for new parents of babies up to 12 months old. The post holder should be enthusiastic, not fazed by a challenging environment and have good relational skills to reach these specific groups.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

Salary: £11,887.20 per year
