Online sales are now a key part of the Hospice Shop’s income stream, with continued growth through our social media platforms, Ebay, Amazon and other online selling initiatives. We are looking for someone with a passion for pre-loved goods, who will support our E-Commerce Sales Coordinator in growing online sales and deliver excellent customer service throughout the donator and buyer journey.

If you get a buzz from driving sales, are organised and enjoy working with people, then we’d really like to hear from you.

Key info:

• Location: Caton Road,Lancaster
• Hours: 35 per week
• Salary: Pay review pending
• Holidays: 7 weeks per annum (pro rata)
• Pension: 8% SJH employer funded

Salary: £18,200.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff working on the ward (including Hospitality) must wear a mask in this area. A mask is not required for all other areas of the Hospice.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required)
• online sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
