Import/Export clerk Heathrow

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client is well-established International Freight Forwarding & Logistics Provider, which provides a wide range of innovative solutions that ensures their customers’ supply chains have a competitive edge. They are looking to recruit a talented Import/ Export Clerk, to be based at office around Heathrow Airport.

Duties include:

• Liaising with shipping agents for movement of freight.
• Offering quotations.
• Arranging imports and exports for UK & European road freight.
• Sending out communication and updates to shippers / customers
• Entering POD's
• Invoicing.
• Sending quotes from hauliers to suppliers.
• Completing customs entries and processing HMRC docs.

Experience Needed:

• Good Excel Skills
• Freight forwarding experience
• Knowledge of Road freight shipments
• PC literate

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
