Role Overview & Responsibilities

StanleySmith Case Management are seeking experienced Case Managers or Clinicians, looking for a new opportunity to work with a friendly, client centred and dynamic team.

We are particularly seeking Case Managers in the South, South West and Bristol/Bath areas.

Experience required:

• HCPC Registered; Occupational therapist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist
• 8 years clinical experience is required
• Experience working with clients with neurological injury, brain injury, orthopaedic injuries and complex care needs

Salary: £40.00-£75.00 per hour
